Our Mission

Rainbow Village meets an essential need for people with developmental disabilities by providing neighborhood homes, thereby enhancing quality of life.

Our Vision

Today, there is a critical need for residential placements for adults with developmental disabilities.  More than 500 people are now living at home, in institutions, or in substandard housing and are waiting for a quality home in the St. Louis community. Rainbow Village would like to provide a safe and affordable home for as many people with developmental disabilities as would need or like one.
